Sometimes I almost died choking on the wall when I'm at home by melting mineral or near a wall, I happen very often, and I dislike much happens even more often on Multiplayer.
Please, figure it out.

MC-281Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
No answer on query, assuming as fixed.
It also happens if you ender pearl and it hits a block.
