what do you mean... got lost in your explanation. Are you saying that dandelions and poppies are spawning with the same spawn rate in all biomes or aren't spawning at all in Flower forests?
they spawn as frequently in flower forest biomes as in any other biomes, whereas flower forests are meant to have excess dandelions and poppies, but they don't. Basically, all flowers spawn a lot in flower forests but dandelions and poppies spawn just as much as they would in normal forests or any other biome
can this be checked, i believe it demands attention
Are you saying that you don't believe they spawn frequently enough? It's hard to get that out of the original report. It's also not clear that it's "meant" to be one way or the other, and regardless, is not a particularly pressing issue.
well I think it is, flower forests are meant to be very colourful, but there is no yellow in them, and since dandelions are the most frequent flower, it is obviously an issue when they do not occur in Flower forests

You should probably update the description to make it clear what the issue is supposed to be. Are dandelions spawning too frequently in flower forests, or not frequently enough? What makes you think the current behavior is unintended?
Also consider that they do have a certain incentive to avoid rewarding annoying behavior.
Actually, dandelions aren't spawning at all in flower forests.
I don't know if it's a bug or intended, but it's still true in 14w08a, anyway.
Is this still a concern in the current Minecraft version 1.7.9 / Launcher version 1.3.11 or later? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
