MC-3424Black sky in third person

What I expected to happen was...:
a blue sky
What actually happened was...:
the air is a partial black and when you walk along that moves during animation. and that you only see in the third person mode and when the mouse moves completely to the ground you see the black
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put your camera view on third person
2. move your mouse up
3. you see it :3 ONLY IN DAY TIME.
