Same bug as listed in Minecraft MC-34686 ...

We're still seeing this in the 1.7 pre-release
The problem repro's consistently on both Windows and Linux hosting; across multiple players on my servers, for the last few snapshots.
Not sure how big the impact will be if you roll out 1.7 update without a fix, but worth thinking about!

Affects 13w42b unf as well
Is this still a concern in the latest Minecraft version 13w48b? If so, please update the affected versions in order to best aid Mojang ensuring bugs are still valid in the latest releases/pre-releases.
