might be benifical to know at what Y you are building at to determine if you are actually at the world height... if your no where near the world height then its something, if you are then I direct you to zombie hunters post

You simply reached the maximum building height of the world. There's nothing to fix here >>> "Works as intended"
As stated, the maximum building height has been reached (256 blocks), as the preset you chose fills almost all of these. If you are unsure about your height, open the F3 debug menu and check your 'y' coordinate.

If you start in a high world, such as Tunneller's Dream, you will already be very close to the building limit.
