If you are updating from 14w26a or 14w26b, your saved world has corrupted blocks and it will be heavily damaged once you open it in 14w26c. Please use a world backup that was saved with a pre-14w26 version.
Never use snapshots without first making backups of your saved worlds.... straight from the website

You were warned when 14w26c was released:

Never use snapshots without first making backups of your saved worlds.
Speaking of that, you put down the affected version as 14w26b, which thus makes this a dupe of that report. There sadly is no way to undo that damage without the use of an MCEdit filter that can undo said damage. You can click the link in that report.
Why don't you simply restore your backup ? That way you lose just a few days.
