I had an underground system that was practically deleted. The buildings on top were destroyed, and everything was gone. The remains are basically, holes. Interior was gone too. It sucks. Everything i've worked on is gone, Idk why to even continue in mine craft if it's all gone.

Probably you've updated to 14w26a/b which corrupted your world and downgraded to 1.7.10.
