MC-8229game crash (redstone cause)
using command blocks with new score board system though the problem only occurred when i passed a redstone signal passed from a redstone block via piston up a glowstone staircase (one of the ones that wouldn't work with normal blocks due to redstone cutting of by the block above)
used then powering 4 lanterns

This ticket is invalid as it relates to a modded or 3rd party client/server.
It does not look modded to me, more like incorrect installation of a snapshot, instead of just overwriting minecraft.jar, he seems to have installed the snapshot as one would install a mod, which involves invalidating the jar signatures, but if he is using Magic Launcher, then he probably used that to install the snapshot, which installs it as if it was a mod.
Arthur is correct i did just install it using magic launcher, for simplicity however it was a fresh download other than that
