io.netty.channel.AbstractChannelHandlerContext invokeExceptionCaught
After an undetermined amount of time the data seems to desynch when a player has left/been disconnected from server but the server seems to register they are still there, then the server console gets continually flooded with below msg over an over untill your forcibly restart the server as it takes a long time trying to do normal restart.
Its also very common almost a gurantee to occur after the server has had a scheduled restart.

Still occuring and if anything, is happening more frequently
35e its worse than ever almost to the point of unplayable
When placing some command blocks to tp mob's to 0 0 0 is when it seems to trigger the above mentioned issue an a mass increase in the usage of CPU load
15w47a has made this bug quite a lot more frequent and makes the server unplayable when triggerd
Same issue with trying to connect to new server 15w49a
Tons of this in server logs:
Also, client-side errors from same attempt to log into server:

@Shawn Oliver: This is
MC-32606(Outdated & broken Intel graphics card drivers)@Shawn Oliver: See
MC-32606.I appreciate the quick response! I'm still not sure if we're on the right track though, because I have the latest Intel drivers, and can successfully play on any other Minecraft server out there. But I will test my particular server instance on another PC this evening and see if I experience the same issues.
Fortunately, you were correct. Strange that 1.9 seems more demanding, and will not play on a particular machine when all other 1.8/1.7 servers work just fine with that hardware. But I tested my same server on another PC and ran into no issues.
This particular bug can be caused by the
MC-90605issue and is very much a server killer once it startsThis issue has become yet again worse in 51b if this continues it'll imho kill wanting to continue to bother with using anything past 47c, god forbid how bad 1.9 rleease is if the various issues of major significance arent resolved
Im seeing this quite a lot in 16e04a
Still seeing this issue quite a bit an its a server killer when it occurs
Id really love to know what triggers this as i get it frequently and it causes lag on the server and basically forces you to restart the server due to lag which takes some time waiting for the errors to stop and the server to catch up.
This issue when triggered, ultimately continues until such time as the server crashes and force restarts itself. which now with the continual users join//leaving with 1.9 release, I am lucky to get 10min of the server running before the issue starts.
Interesting to note, that the World map we are using has customized ORE gen levels
Tested a brand new Map with everything default and same problem occuring.
Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.10.2, or 16w42a) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
