MCD-1020[Achievement bug] "Maxed Out And Geared Up" not properly unlocked
(Build 4142545 - early unlock for reviewers)
Until others conditions not properly hinted in the achievement description are required, there's a bug for the achievement "Maxed Out And Geared Up". I just completed the Apocalypse difficulty too and right before the boss i was able to upgrade the latest enchantment required from tier 2 to 3, making it all of my equipped stuff having 3 tier 3 enchantments each. The achievement didn't unlock.
You can see the 3 gear pieces in the screenshots attached.

I am having a similar issue on xbox.
I am also unable to unlock this achievement. Same build, 4142545. Each equipped gear piece is fully enchanted. https://i.imgur.com/YJ2hwaJ.png
Has this continued to be an issue in the newest version of the game?
I just tried, didn't launch the game in a while and yes. Build 1.3.2.0_4307136, i still don't have it. I tried to switch items just in case but it still didn't unlock it.
