MCD-1635Very annoyed - Character has been deleted
I was playing MCD yesterday and then the Microsoft bug kicked me out of the game and wouldn't let me log back in, suggesting that it couldn't verify that I owned the game. This is a known bug. In game name / Microsoft ID is Jaymero9770 and you'll see that I've unlocked lots of achievements and got my character to level 20, about to kill the final boss before unlocking adventure mode.
I logged in today now that the Microsoft fix has been applied and my character isn't there.. It's asking me to make a new level 1 character.
I played for about 4 hours and got to end game, so I'm not happy about starting again. Please reinstate my character from yesterday.

I'm in the same boat, very furstrating. Logged under MCD-1635
Further to my initial frustration - I've spoken to Microsoft support and they've said they can see the achievements and that the responsibility to reinstate the character lies with Majong directly.
When you saw the "unable to verify" bug did you reinstall the game?
I got the same issue. My kids were playing and finished the pumpkin map lvl 1.
They are both lvl 40 and have all unique gear.
When they were about to open the dungeon chest my sons controller died and he was kicked from the game. The chest was opened by my daughter at the same time leaving my son without his character. It just dissapeared. Her character is still there with all her gear but his is just gone
