Entered and cleared the crypt. Exited and exit door won’t open.

Worth noting, was in online play playing solo. Happened on 2 separate occasions.
3rd times a charm, it opened in offline play. But as 2:1 ratio, think there's something there

Can confirm this is still a problem on 1.3.2.0. Happens to me pretty frequently on Creeper Woods.
Latest version 2020-11-14. Door did not open:
