MCD-6799the game don't work on windows 7
I can start the game normally but when i reach the menu and it say "press any key to start" i get a infinite loading and a "internet issue" which is not true since everything behind or even other games workt fine
I can't play minecraft dungeon anymore i attempted many thing to make it work , with no succes
I tried on my stepfather Windows 10 PC and it workt perfectly, but not on my Windows 7

Which version of the game do you own, the Minecraft launcher version, the Microsoft Store version, or the Steam version?
If you are using the Minecraft launcher version, then did you update to the new launcher? If yes, does reverting to the older launcher fix the issue?

well i'm using the Minecraft Launcher version with the most recent version of the game, its not the launcher fault
but a certain windows for log in appear in windows 10 that don't appear in windows 7, that may the be issue
Are you using the new launcher on both computers? The new Minecraft launcher does not work on Windows 7. You can still download the old launcher here: https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/download

i'm using the windows 7 Minecraft Launcher, and i used the same for both computers when i tested and it worked fine on windows 10 but not windows 7

Are you using any antivirus program? If yes, can you please check if the issue is still present if you temporarily disable it?
