MCD-7334Items disappeared after Updating the game
When I Entered the game after Updating to version 1.15.1.0 all the items that weren't equipped disappeared from the inventory, the storage chest and the blacksmith (The last time I updated the game was on 25/04/22)
the enchanting levels of the items have returned to the character (as seen in screenshot 2)
I tried to load from an earlier cloud save (of the switch online) and it still didn't change or restore any of the items
Note: when entering the game it will show you a '!' symbol above the storage chest and the blacksmith as if it was the first interaction

Is it possible you accidentally created a clone of your character? When you create a clone of your character everything has a ! mark over it, and you don't have anything in your inventory except the stuff you have equipped. Maybe you created a clone of your character and your original one is still there. Try opening hero settings and see if there are any other characters.
Just checked if there are any other character and this is the only one.
maybe the game automatically made a clone ? and if so why ?
yes this also happends to me, i lost my GREAT weapon, GREAT armor, and artifact, DAMN!!!
and my level down almost 5 level
im not clone my char, i just re arrange my storage box and voila... its dissapeared, and my enhance point go back
GIVE IT BACK MOJANG!!!
why there is no respond from mojang's team? give back my items dude!!!

Version 1.16.2.0 was released on October 19th. Is this still an issue in this version?

However, this issue has been closed as Cannot Reproduce.
Unfortunately we do not have the tools to help you with this issue on this bug tracker. Please make sure to always use the cloud saves to backup your progress. They can be accessed through the "Upload Hero" option in the character selection screen.
