MCL-11299I can get into the launcher but cannot download and launch any minecraft version. I bought the java version
Here is the error message:
Failed to download file.
Name: patchy-1.1.jar

Error details: Failed to connect to libraries.minecraft.net port 443: Timed out
Filename on disk: patchy-1.1.jar
Path: C:\Users\27764\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\libraries\com\mojang\patchy\1.1\patchy-1.1.jar
Exists: Nonexistent
And minecraft never downloads past 121.54mb out of 243.07mb
Environment
I'm using a dell inspirion i5, intel graphics 8gb ram and 1tb hard drive. My OS is windows 10 pro. I tried to download minecraft with both the prepackaged java and the latest java edition from javas website.
