Even after my account had been migrated, I got a notification saying that Minecraft accounts had not yet started being migrated.

For the other message, see MCL-18510
M A MCL-18510 is a different issue to this report and the other message I mentioned above as MCL-18510 is describing the message at the bottom of the launcher saying that migration has not began while this report is describing the message appearing as the launcher starts up.
Furthermore, the message I sent above shows that a message saying migration has started now appears but the old message has yet to be removed.
