This might look like it is related to: MCL-18557
But, in that case, he migrated and it still shows. I already have a microsoft account, and never had a mojang one. It still shows me message.
I've resolved this as a duplicate of MCL-18557 as it's the same core issue. The migration message is still showing even though you're on a microsoft account and therefore don't need to migrate.

The purpose of this notification is to provide the link to FAQ, so even if you have already migrated your account the link is still relevant if needed. I don't think this is a bug but is actually serving its intended function perfectly fine. The link itself is not used to begin the migration process, but to just provide information about the migration process, purpose, and effects. If you do not want to use the link you can just ignore it and it will have no effect on your game or account.
I don't need a link to the FAQ if I've already migrated my account(s).
The nag message still flashes into view on client start-up, but at least it is removed a few seconds later, presumably once my account has been verified as migrated. Thank you.
