The bug
In some languages, the "Browse" button doesn't resize correctly, so the text gets pushed up. This might affect other buttons as well.
Interestingly, when hovering over the button, the text is displayed correctly thanks to MCL-9769.
To reproduce
- Set your language to German (Deutsch (Deutschland))
- Go to the "Skins" section
- Look at the "Durchsuchen" button, and if you want, hover over it.

Confirmed for 2.1.1351.
So, possible solutions:
Another possible solution is to redo the whole skins page... Which honestly wouldn't be a bad idea at all. We have problems with users not understanding how to use it, and it not meeting expectations.
"Fixed" at least for German by approving a translation at Crowdin without space before the eliipsis.
