Hello , i just bought the game but when im link microsoft account is say sign-in failed , we could not link your microsoft account as this time , how can i fix it ?

yes my downloading is 50mb/s . im using steam . when go in game is say i need to link account to play online . im already try another computer but still can't link
pls , can anyone help me . im buy this game for week now but now i can't play online
