Items above the Hopper don't transfer
The hopper does not transfer the items in it to the dispenser connected to it.
I'm using "my|phone".
What I expected to happen:
I expected the items to be transfered to the dispenser connected to it.
What actually happened:
The items thrown to the hopper did not actually get into the hopper!
Steps to reproduce:
1. Put a dispenser down.
2. Connect a hopper DIRECTLY above it. The point must be connected to the dispenser.
3. Throw/ Put items of choice manually to the hopper.
4. Items stay in/on the hopper!

Luis Robles,
MCPE-12562is only slightly related to this. It's not a duplicate. Can someone please reopen this? It's mislabeled as Duplicate while it's not, because:
MCPE-12562is about moving items manually from player's inventory to dispenser.Hmm, I couldn't reproduce this (0.14.0 b3 Samsung TabPro 10.1)
Well... pls, didn't you power, not only activate, the dispenser in your setup? Since a dispenser is itself a solid opaque block, it can not only be activated but also powered and thus it can activate a hopper right above it. And if a hopper is activated, it stops transferring items by design.
This is a duplicate of
MCPE-13064since the real problem is the hopper itself.
