I was building an industrial furnace system from MrCrayFish but the Minecarts with Chest has a bug when items being being transfer from a hopper but then its being transfer from another hopper beside it

Are you trying to transfer cooked food from the hopper above into a minecart with chest, is that the problem?
Does this bug still appear in 0.14.3? Please respond.
