Steps to Reproduce:
- Place two items with no right-click action, such as a sword and pickaxe, in the hotbar
- Hold the sword
- Aim at a block
- Hold right-click and switch to the pickaxe using the number keys
Observed Results:
The hotbar repeatedly switches between the sword and the pickaxe.
Expected Results:
The hotbar switches to the pickaxe without any issues.
