Lightning bolt/thunder aren't rendered properly and consistently in the infinite world
The thunder/lightning bolt on Bedrock Edition isn't rendered correctly here, it should render that has the inner part of it, but it's all glitched up. This only happens at infinite world type, not on flat world type.
Step to Reproduce
1. Create a world with Infinite world type
2. Set up a repeating command block and use the command /summon minecraft:lightning_bolt
3. Set it to Always Active, and delay in 20-30 ticks.
4. Observe.
Observed Results
The lightning bolt doesn't always render the inside line properly and consistently.
Expected Results
The lightning bolt renders the inside properly and consistently.

You must summon lightning not in the air, but above the blocks, and also only some particles shine at the place where the lightning was called. I added a video:

Fixed in 1.17.30.24. Now every thunder renders consistently.

it seems you are wrong. I'm in version 1.17.30.24*
Your screenshot does not have the Beta text at the top. If it was actually taken while playing the Beta, I assume you must be using a resource pack to suppress the Beta text. A screenshot taken while a non-Minecraft resource pack is active can't be used as evidence because it might be causing the problem.
[MCPE Mod] Auldrick
You're right.
But the truth is, this resource pack does not affect minecraft in any way. But still:
Okay, I think this should reopen, keep in mind this only happens at infinite world type. Testing it on a flat world would result in thunder rendering properly.
Really. In a flat world, lightning is fully functional. Interesting...
