The second issue has already been reported at MCPE-147994, so I have removed it from this report.
I did not understand a little what was wrong. What kind of hand behavior did you expect? Something like this:

There's no eating animation in java edition just the particles are there
This is a parity issue that is not valid for the bug tracker. Valid parity issues apply to the Buzzy Bees update and above.
I didn't mean that bug it's a parity issue, this bug is for bedrock not java
