MCPE-152247"More details" button exists on all resource pack descriptions, regardless if it isn't a Marketplace resource pack
The new UI brought the resource pack section in the beta, however, when you're pressing the "More details" button on your custom resource pack you made, it links you to the Marketplace menu regardless. This should only apply to the marketplace resource packs.
How to Reproduce
1. Import your custom resource pack.
2. Enable the new UI in the Create New World section.
3. Go to Resource Pack menu, and then select your resource pack and see the description.
4. Compare it with the Marketplace resource packs.
Expected Result
Only the marketplace resource packs has the "More details" button.
Observed Result
The "More details" button exist on all resource packs, regardless of their origin (custom/marketplace)
