Sorry for the intrusion but this is not a bug, this is part of the update, or I think see that it is part of the update.
Mobs
Endermen no longer get angry at Creative players (MCPE-42977)
Fixed a bug causing Leads to break with Allays after the owner player changes dimensions (MCPE-158955)
The Goat’s ram animation was modified to slowly lower their head when preparing to ram (MCPE-129477)
Reduced the Enderman’s teleport range to 32x32x32 to ensure that it cannot despawn itself by teleporting (MCPE-152268)
Allays and Bees should no longer get stuck on Lanterns or other low hanging objects (MCPE-155777)

They get stuck in bamboos too (goodbye allays in a bamboo forest)
I agree. I first noticed that they couldn't move past glass, then fences, and after that downwards-facing stairs. It is my belief that it is any partial block in which these programmed AI reach a perpetual state of pathfinding.
This. I'll look around for my allay buddy and find out he's stuck on the trap doors on my house, or a fence, slab ect. Very annoying
Mine also keep getting stuck, it only took a minute to lose one to a lantern and the other to dripstone, and then I needed to break the blocks to free them
If you get them stuck in window panes they look like butterflies on display. Very sad actually... you can pull them off with a leash, but it is annoying to do it every time they get stuck.
