Cannot login to Xbox Live through MCPE even though I can login at xbox.com
This issue may get removed due to duplication, but no one seems to have issue of just not being able to sign into Xbox Live at all. Some people can sign in once and have trouble the second time, but I can't seem to get it the first time.
Steps to Reproduce
1.Go into Minecraft PE
2.Try to sign in
It will take you to the page and allow you to try and login, but when you input your credentials and press login it gives you the error shown.
This glitch occurred when connected to WiFi and I went to Xbox.com and logged in with no trouble at all

Also, please make sure you choose the correct section to report your bug, yours is a Minecraft Pocket Edition bug, not PC.
Do you have any power saving features switched on? If so, you might find you can connect if you switch these off. (See comments at MCPE-15629)
In addition, I have already tried re-downloading Minecraft PE and I had no success
I also have that same problem on my ipad air. I can sign in on xbox.com but not in minecraft

Please comment with your xbox live user IDs below (we will change the comments to be visible to Mojang and moderators only if you don't want to share your xbox live name publicly). Alternatively, please indicate the following about your XBox Live user ID:
(1) the total number of characters in your name
(2) any spaces?
(3) and non-standard keyboard characters?
The problem is that I even don't have a gamertag by the fault of this bug

I have just had this issue using 0.15.2 on my Nexus 5 Android 6.0.1.
It's been mentioned that this is an issue with the xbox app itself (not MCPE), and there is a workaround by changing the device's Region setting:

I don't think this will work on Android devices though, as I can't find a regional setting.

According to this post, you might be able to log in if you turn off any 'Power Saving' mode on your device.
The methods posted in your first comment (both the WiFi one and the location one) didn't work. As for your second comment, my iPad 2 has no "Power Saving" features.

Could you please check which time format you're using on your device? If you're using the 12-hour format, please change to the 24-hour format and then try again.
Yes, I do use 12-hour format timing and I will change and try again
I can confirm that no matter which time format I use the Xbox live sign in still doesn't work.
Also I confirm that this glitch is still present in MCPE 0.15.6
