MCPE-164332/help shows the page number argument as required
When typing /help, the syntax for the page shows as <page: int> instead of [page: int] which square brackets would then signify that entering the page number is optional instead of required as not entering the page number works perfectly fine.

It is required for that overload. The second overload shows you that the command argument is optional
