The Japanese translation of spectator mode doesn't match Java. The translation of Java is "スペクテイター" but the one of Bedrock is "観戦者".
I could not reproduce the issue. Could you please attach any media showing it?

I don’t have Java, what should I do
I could not reproduce the issue on Win10. I am assuming that the issue occurs also on different devices as 'platforms' is set to multiple. Can you please specify what are the other devices, where the issue can be reproduced besides Win10?

I am also unable to reproduce. My game is set to Japanese, and I entered Spectator Mode, but it does not look like your attached image. I have attached a screenshot from my Nintendo Switch.
