Mipmapped textures aren't animated
Steps to Reproduce:
- Have mipmap settings turned on;
- Observe a large plane composed of the same animated block;
This works with any block that has an animated texture, but can be observed better with ones that drastically change their colors over the course of the animation, such as prismarine and lava.
Observed Results:
The mipmapped textures remain in the first frame of animation, creating a clear line between the full resolution textures and the mipmapped ones, breaking immersion completely.
Expected Results:
Mipmapped textures are also animated, keeping a smooth, consistent and seamless transition.
Screenshots/Videos attached: Yes
Notes: The best way to observe this in a natural environment is in the Nether, anywhere with a large body of lava.

Due to
MCPE-173774being fixed this is no longer as apparent as the attached pictures, but it's still very much an issue.
