MCPE-17628Dispenser dispense Snowball incorrectly

The Dispenser dispense and drops Snowball when used.

Steps to reproduce:
- Place a Dispenser
- Put Snowballs inside the Dispenser
- Place a Button/Lever next to the Dispenser
- Use Button/Lever to Dispense the Snowballs

Same for eggs. I have an automatic chicken farm with a dispenser throwing eggs. In 15.10, the eggs reached the gap 3 blocks away from the dispenser, now they hit another block only 2 block away from the dispenser.
Fixed in 0.17.2
Persists in 1.0.0. (for eggs at least)
