Steps to Reproduce
1. Take a Potion, Ender Pearl or Other Items that can be Thrown
2. Throw any of these items non-stop
3. Look at the Character's hand while some item is thrown
4.How you can see the hand Move each item that is played rather than any item getting stopped in the hand, even when it is thrown

How can you see the hand begins to move every time we drop or throw something
I'm not quite sure if this is what the OP meant, but there is a slight difference in the throwing animation between MCPE and the Java version.
Here's a video showing a side-by-side comparison of the two:

You can see that the MCPE animation is the same as the attack animation, whereas in PC, it is the same as the Feeding animation.
Also, there is a difference in the throwing animation between gamemodes, as the items get used up in /gamemode 0.
Please do not mark unreleased versions as affected.
You don't have access to them yet.
I think this is better off staying in the game. When throwing something, you move your hand forward not downward. It makes more sense that the player's hand would move forward when throwing something.
I agree with Jeffrey.
I agree too that Bedrock is better on the issue Mega_Spud is pointing out. However, I don't think that's what the OP is talking about. It looks like he's complaining about the fact that the character moves its hand each time it throws something. But that is nonsensical.
My guess is that he is actually complaining that the throwing animation does not end with an empty hand, so it looks like you are throwing and yet still holding the item.
But maybe we should close this report as being incomprehensible?
