The kill command doesn't deal enough damage, causing entities with resistance 255 to not die
How to reproduce:
1. Summon any entity
2. Apply resistance with an amplifier of 255:
/effect @e[c=-1] resistance 1000 255
3. Write in chat:
/kill @e[c=-1]
What I expected to happen:
I expected the entity to die even with resistance
What happens:
The entity doesn't die and stays alive, which is NOT the case on Java Edition
