I was testing the new setting friendly fire. I put some fire aspect on my sword. and I hit my brothers account the sword did not deal any damage but the fire aspect did plz fix.

We have experienced this in the Xbox One Bedrock edition.
Confirmed the issue for 1.2.11.4.
Friendly fire on false (gamerule pvp false) and the player permission attack players set to true. Causes the other player to take damage from fire aspect. The issue doesn't occur if the (per player) permission attack players is used / set to false.
