updated : underwater still black/cant see anything, but i drink a night vision potion i will see everything in underwater, but i drink a milk, i can see anything but if i create a new world and then dont drink night potion, i still cant see anything in underwater if i drink i will see everything and then i drink milk i can see anything in water.

Can u attach some screenshot? its work as intended in my device, if u want to see all clearly.. you can use nightvision
