This is not a bug.
Please don't duplicate your own reports (MCPE-38425), instead try to edit them.

We're actually already tracking this issue at MCPE-38425, so we will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

It's slow until it finds a victim, it's natural
Affects 1.11 betas as well
