When using silk touch on either a full sized red or brown mushroom, you will only receive the white ‘stem’ block and the mushroom block that has the texture of the inside (red mushroom) or underside (brown mushroom).

Confirmed on Windows 10, Minecraft Bedrock 1.9.0.
The blocks obtained from red mushrooms will also not stack with blocks obtained from brown mushrooms despite being otherwise identical.
Still affects 1.9, and on windows 10/xbox one
Same issue on v 1.10.0 Pocket Edition on Android.
