Nintendo Switch handheld GUI scale setting missing
TL;DR:
Minecraft Switch handheld GUI is too small, no setting to enlarge.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Settings
2. GUI Scale Modifier
3. Change to 1 (This isn't an option, highest you can set is 0 which is too small for handheld)
Observed Results:
Only able to change the GUI scale modifier to a maximum of 0, which is too small for handheld.
Expected Results:
The GUI scale modifier should have a slider that goes up to 1 in handheld mode.
More Info:
You can change the GUI scale modifier in docked mode, but not handheld mode. This has been an issue for a long time (perhaps always?). I'm reporting now as I'm playing more handheld recently so it gets frustrating looking at tiny items with tiny text.
Theres been a report of this before, but it was invalidated by including other issues in the same report.

Can confirm there is no way to scale the gui in portable mode only docked mode. The text is way to small when playing in tabletop mode.
