The bug is that pick blocking grass makes the game trying to put a fern in your hand and not grass. Silent whisperer showed it in a video https://youtu.be/gfPf83JOsCs
Cannot reproduce in 1.16.40, seems to be fixed.
Not Fixed, Affects 1.16.201.2 Pickblocking a 1 tall grass will select a 1 tall fern, if you have one in your inventory. The same is true in reverse, pickblocking a 1 tall fern will select a 1 tall grass, if you have on in your inventory.
*How to reproduce:
1. Plant a 1 tall grass and 1 tall fern
2. Make sure you have a 1 tall grass item in your inventory, and pickblock the 1 tall fern. It will select the grass.
3. Remove the grass from your inventory, and replace it with a 1 tall fern.
4. Pickblock the 1 tall grass, and it will select the fern.
Expected result
It should select the correct inventory item at all times
