I can't equip capes to my skin anymore
I had a minecon 2019 cape equipped on my skin I use (Earth skin) all the time.But when I opened minecraft on other device (Android) my skins disappeared (That happens oftenly,so I basically go to my character editor,choose my earth skin and put the cape on).And when I tried to do it again I noticed that something disappeared.I didn't get what was that and equipped the skin.Then I realised that the capes button disappeared.I tried looking for cape in character editor's style tab but I didn't find my cape there.Please,fix that issue,because I was so proud of having a cape that is on my skin,and now I'm sad.
P.S. I'm sorry for my grammar,I'm russian so my english is not perfect really.
That issue really makes me sad.I just have no words to say about it,so my grammar is really bad rn.

I am experiencing similar issues (like resource packs not working). It could also be related to other issues people have been reporting, such as no capes tab in the character creator (I couldn't find out which ticket was the main one, so I referred to this report on all of the tickets I found: MCPE-58205, MCPE-58203, MCPE-58201, MCPE-58183, MCPE-58171 and several more).
Same on Nintendo switch my cape button is gone.
This is possibly a server-side issue, and it may be related to the other server-side issue
MCPE-57394Experiencing the same issue. Yet the cape button was available yesterday. Weird...
Happening on Xbox One X too. The day before yesterday it was available. It's really frustrating, because capes are a nice thing to add.
