The official URLs for default beta resources, https://aka.ms/MinecraftBetaResources and https://aka.ms/MinecraftBetaBehaviors still point to resources for beta 1.16.0.58 instead of the latest, beta 1.16.0.59.
Now affects the release versions - https://aka.ms/resourcepacktemplate and https://aka.ms/behaviorpacktemplate which refer to version 1.14.30 instead of 1.14.60.
RTX beta has no known resource download link, either.

I thought that this would be clear for anybody using this link
The resource pack template link, has to always stay up to date with the latest version
(They change it each time they add the resources to their server)But it is fair to take it as given that it will only be a release version, and because textures
did not change in the Hotfix version 1.14.60, they would not need to update that...

No longer affects the main beta, but still the release version and RTX beta.
Affects the latest beta again.
Currently fixed for beta 1.16.0.60, affects release 1.14.60 and RTX beta 1.15.0.9.
Thanks for the report! I'm closing this ticket as Fixed. The links for resource packs and behavior packs are currently up-to-date for retail 1.16.20 and beta 1.16.100.52.
In terms of the RTX beta, resource and behavior packs are not provided, which is intentional and not a bug.
EDIT: Another quick note, some beta and retail releases might only contain a small amount of changes to the game and behavior and resource pack templates won't be updated if there were no changes to the packs.
