Got the issue on the latest Launcher beta - 2.1.2339 on Manjaro (installed from AUR). Previous beta did not have that issue.
Attached slightly edited launcher log above (username and GUIDs removed). Happens on launching both modded and non-modded profiles.
Same profile set works on non-beta launcher (2.1.1431).

Can confirm in Chrome incognito mode in Estonia. My guess is that the site probably doesn't know how to react if the header does not include en-US as a supported language (or any other supported ones).

/setblock ~ ~ ~ oak_sign{front_text:{messages:['[{"text":" "},{"translate":"gui.cancel"}]','{"text":""}','{"text":""}','{"text":""}']}} replacemakes it editable, which seems unintended, as editing breaks the translation part.
