Duplicate of MCPE-72037, which is working as intended. Blackstone can be only be used to craft furnaces, stone tools and weapons and brewing stand.
The same thing was also reported for java edition, but it got resolved as works as intended

Blackstone can also not be used to repair stone tools and weapons using an anvil, see
MCPE-71859For crafting brewing stand using blackstone see
MCPE-90465. That is now a bug, since it is possible on java now.Why is blackstone allowed to craft a furnace but not be used in other stone recipes?
