so i was playing alone in my world and i need some glowstone to finish my project. so i headed to my nether portal and enter it. but when i get to the nether the portal disappears

1 why does the netherite axe have the enchantments protection 0 protection 0 protection 0 protection 0 smite 5 fortune 3 and efficiency 100

Please provide the exact coordinates where you entered the overworld portal along with the coordinates where you appeared in the nether along with the world seed so we can try to reproduce the issue. Also, was there a nether portal previously at the location you appeared, and had you built that portal or was it originally generated by the game? Did you do anything other than simply walk into the overworld side of the portal?
