realm disconnects everyone each time it does the auto back up
We have an active realm with an average 5 people connected at a time. World is less then 500MB, and less then 2 weeks old. We have been having multiple disconnects per day since the aquatic update. We've logged the times and noticed it happens exactly the same time the realm does the automatic backup. It also seems to occasionally happen at the exact time someone exits the world, even when exited properly, but this also lines up with a backup. In a 12 hour period we had 9 logged disconnects each corresponded to the backup times shown in the attachment.

Hi! We've been having the same issue frequently with one of our Bedrock Realms. Here's what we know:
- Backups Fail, we end up missing the most recent backup (<30 minutes ago)
- Server Crashes, it isn't immediately after the fail either. It waits a few minutes
- Closing Fails, since nobody can log in, I try to restart, only to have it fail too.
After this, a couple minutes pass by and we're back. Only rolled back to the most recent backup, which is almost an hour ago.
Before we posted this, we went searching for something similar to our issue, only to find REALMS-1330 which seems to be a much worse case than our own, and REALMS-2081 which looks to be more of a corruption issue. As far as we can tell, there's no evidence of such on our world.
Attached are some screen captures showing our missing backups. The crash happens a little after the time when the next backup should've been made.
If anyone wants to look at the Realm specifically, tell me where to send my information and I'll gladly help as best I can. Looking to get this fixed.

I should add that prior to the 1.4.0 update we were not being disconnected with each back up.
I've noticed this has been happening to my Realm as well. It also seems to happen more frequently the more people are on. But, yes. It seems to disconnect us every 20-40 minutes or so. I do not know if this has to do with backups, but it seems likely. I've noticed that about 5 minutes or so, after a backup is issued, the realm disconnects all players. Would be nice to have this fixed, or, to allow us to set/turn off backups. (Though I do like my backups.) Also: some sort of compensation for all the Realm players who paid for this service, would be nice. Perhaps some extended time for all the problems Realms has been having?

Hello! The way Realms work, is that we take a backup everytime the server stops, including crashes. So this means that the backups might be an effect, and not the cause.
Crashes can have multiple causes, so please contact support (https://help.mojang.com/customer/portal/emails/new ) , so that we can have a look at your realm specifically.
Cleaning up old tickets: This ticket has not been updated recently (~1 year+) so is being closed as Cannot Reproduce. If you feel this is still a valid issue then please comment, or create a new ticket following the Issue Guidelines.
