If you manage to sufocate when leaving a bed with half an heart, the items in your inventory will not dropped. I believe this only happens on realms, when I tried on singleplayer all seemed to work fine.

I'm struggling to understand what the problem is here. Please provide some screenshots and/or videos of this issue occurring whilst the F3 debug screen is enabled. Additionally, providing some steps to reproduce the issue would also be useful. Thanks!
Is this still an issue on the latest version? If so can you please comment and tell us which version of the game this still occurs?
