Realm paid for but still showing expired
Environment
I renewed my Realm subscription on 11/26/19 and my realm is still showing expired even though the funds have been taken from my account. When I try to log in it says payment successful, but there was an error updating my realm. I would like to get this fixed ASAP or be reimbursed for the days stagnant waiting on this issue to be resolved. I have tried resetting my xbox and uninstalling/reinstalling Minecraft to no avail. We really enjoy this game and look forward to a fix or reimbursement asap.
