Does it still occur? I can't reproduce it.
This should not be possible, the image and code for the hamburger/Sandwich icon makes the background of it transparent but in the image you sent somehow it was enlarged with a background behind it. This leads me to believe this was faked or the image was tampered with. If you can send a way to replicate this I would be thankful. This may be due to some sort of device feature to zoom into specific areas of a website. I don't believe this is a WEB issue.
