I have new info on this bug! On Minecraft Windows 10 Edition 1.0.5 on realms, this bugs comes back in a different way! In my realm I enchanted a few items, changing the enchantments shown in the enchantment table. However when I leave my realm then rejoin my realm, the enchantments reset and go back to the first enchantments I had before!
I believe the only way to avoid the bug is to not enter a nether portal EVER, until this bug is "hopefully" resolved. And to fix the realm, you have to reset or upload a new world unfortunately.
This is still happening on realm 1.0.5! My realm has colored text and I can't rename it! Mojang is just stealing our money on all the realm bugs! Everyone please up vote on this issue!
I can confirm.
Weird, I copied this command to a testing world on my windows 10 PC and it work just fine. I pushed the button on the command block and it played the "jingle" sound to all players within 10 blocks. But I see the title of this bug is [r=3] doesn't work, yet your command is checking for players within a [r=10].
Are you using a texture pack? I don't know if it would make a difference though, other than changing the saddle icon.
I can reproduce this on 1.1.4. My device is Windows 10 Home.
Can you please be more descriptive?

Why is this not fixed yet? This seems like a simple fix, especially since it worked properly in the past.
cookiebuild3r: Do you mean that your Nether Fortress which was previously spawning wither skellies prior to 1.0.4 stopped doing so when you updated the game? If so we'll have to reopen the ticket.
Confirmed to affect 1.1.0.0. (Use 3rd person view to see the egg particles more easily.)
