When in game, at the world border while it is shrinking , you can't break or place blocks on one side of the world border, but you can on the other side. For example if the world border was 1000 by 1000, and it was shrinking to 100 by 100, you could affect any block in the world border with x values between 500 and -499, but on the other hand you can't affect any block in the world border with z values 500 and -499. You also can't affect any corner (x=z) in the world border if the world border is even covering it by a little bit. So you can actually only affect blocks from a 1000 by 998 area once it starts shrinking.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. /worldborder set 59999967
2. /tp 29999980 ~ 29999980
3. Break/place a block where both world borders intersect
4. /tp -29999980 ~ -29999980
5. Break block where both world borders intersectObserved Results:
The blocks with x=29999983 will be breakable, but the blocks with z=29999983 won't be breakable.
Expected Results:
Either both axis's with their variables equal to 29999983 should be breakable or they shouldn't be breakable.

The bug: If you put drip stone on your head and on your feet, the damage seems to add
12hearts.To reproduce:
1. Place 1 dripstone on the ground.
2. Place 3 blocks vertically 1 block away from that dripstone
3. Place 1 block from the highest vertical block build that is on top of the dripstone.
4. Stand as close to that block as the game lets you.
5. Break the block that releases the stalactiteExpected results: You don't take damage because the stalactite is falling onto the stalagmite not you head.
What Happens: You take 6 hearts of damage

I have trouble getting a video to go, but I think the cause of the issue is the world border is considered to be a wall so it lets you jump higher than normal in water.
Yes but the difference is it doesn't affect you if you try going into world border from outside so not the exact same.
Normal Water Jumping 1.11225 blocks
World Border Water Jumping 1.88621 blocks, same with normal blocks.
To reproduce
1. Teleport to worldborder.
2. Find water
3. Hold space bar right next to the world border, it will make you jump 75% higher sometimes.

Yes
I can't get a video, but to reproduce.
1. Set world border to 59999999 in a large time period
2. Try destroying blocks around the world border on each axis.
3. 1 axis should let you destroy the blocks that the world border is on, the other won't.
Steps to Reproduce
1. Use a command to set the world border to less than the original length Ex:/worldborder set 59999999 1000000
2. Teleport to world border on x axisEx: /tp 29999980 ~ 0
3. Break the block's with x=29999999.
4. Teleport to world border on z axis Ex: /tp 0 ~ 29999980
5. Break block's with z=29999999
Observed Results
The blocks with x=29999999 will be breakable, but the blocks with z=29999999 won't be breakable.
Expected Results: Either both axis's with their variables equal to 29999999 should be breakable or they shouldn't be breakable.
Sorry for my mistake ):
To reproduce
1. /worldborder set 59999983
2. /tp 29999980 ~ 29999980
3. Break block where both world borders intersect
4. /tp -29999980 ~ -29999980
5. Break block where both world borders intersect
What happened: I couldn't break that block with the negative x and z value , but I could break that block with positive x and z value.
Expected Results: I could break both corner blocks.
Possible causes: World border isn't centered at (0,0). It is centered at (0.5,0.5).
This bug is still in 1.21
This bug does have a 4 block limit due to terminal velocity (78.4 bps). This means you would take 4 less damage from a fall then normal.
I'm testing them, I said 59999983 not 59999999, you didn't look at it correctly.
59999967 sorry
I can't get any videos. Here are some screenshots.
The one were I was underwater was after I disconnected and reconnected,
It is the newest version
This is the correct screenshot

Before relogin
After relogin
It would describe most of it.
Can confirm in 1.21.1
Got to mention this bug also affects if there are 2 stalagmites and 1 stalactite with a block on top. ):
Why is this issue not resolved as incomplete?
A similar report
MC-1133says that damage is calculated to the center, but this damage isn't entirely fixed for stalactites placed like this.Relates to MC-274947
It isn't resolved as duplicate idk why.
The before login is the one with higher y level
Did you do it on slime blocks
To reproduce, give yourself jump boost between with the amplification being between 15 and 32 so you don't die but still take damage. Then with a mace summon a mob like an iron golem. Then jump without using w,a ,s or d to move and hit the mob. Then finally jump holding the mace in your hand and not hit any mob.
Expected results:you take fall damage based on how its calculated
Actual Results: No fall damage.
Got to mention that doing this with Jump Boost with Amplifier 255 still does no fall damage upon landing.
